Headlight Alignment

I just installed Lighting-Like headlights and corner lights on my 01 supercrew.
Looks good and all, but I'm sure they are not aligned. They produce a slightly choppy cast. Now I've heard of a tool that can level the headlights, but another question I have is what is considered level?

Will a Ford Dealer do it? Will it cost an arm and a leg?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Most mom and pap' shops will do it for cheap, its not hard to do, and you can do it without the tool, but it is alot more work.

To level your headlights, line up and face a wall (on level ground) be about 30 feet back, turn headlights on, and they should be just about even with how high they are on the truck. Maybe like 1" lower is okay. definetly dont go above level on wall.

And you have 3 alignment pins on the back with nuts on them. The ones on twordds the outer edge of the truck, are your up and down, and the one by the grill is your left to right. If that makes sense.

no problem, glad to see someone else is still awake and alive at this hour.

oh sorry, the Top of the headlight spread, should be even with the hight of the bulbs.... maybe not the top of the highest arc, but the top of the major mass of the light.
