Some suggestions for my truck?

Hey all. I've had my truck for about 3 months now, and I want to imporve the appearance to give it more of a out doors, sporty look. heres how she is now:

Its a 1990 F-150 XLT Lariat shortbed:

I have already fixed those 4 yellow lights on the grill.

I was thinking of painting the grill black, and doing this mod:

I was looking for a bull bar and/or a roof mounted light bar (I know there are some generic ones out there, they look like they could fit) to mount a few lights on.

My problem is, I can't really find where to purchase these things. Nothing seems to be the right year for my truck. I looked on autoanything, but to no avail. Also, I don't want to spend too much money, only a couple hundred bucks (thats why I'm leaning away from a bull bar).

Anyone have any suggestions on where to purchase items? Or anything that could give my truck the appearance I want?
Thanks

put some meatier tires on it, and maybe get a bull bar, you know the one that comes up right in the center of the truck, and doesnt span the whole front of the truck.

Nothing sets a truck off like a nice sew set of wheels.

That doesn't look like a short bed. Anyways I wouldn't put too much into a 1990. I put the diamond plated bed rails, steps and tool box on my 95 when I had that. I do like the running lights on the roof.
