These are kind of like the motorcycle ones that I linked to last week. Except, I think the motorcycle ones are housed a little nicer. Think I might give those a try.

So i went out and bought some LED Pods.....but they were fricken RED, (i wanted blue). So now i have to return them. So annoying. I'm going to just set them in place tonight to see if they are as bright as i want them to be.

Noles, share some pictures when you get them installed! Also snap a pic of what they look like out of the box (content picture). I don't think what i have right now is the same as you ordered, but i may be wrong.

Well its 12:47AM and -2 Celcius and i just decided i would go and lay the lights in the bed and see the brightness. I was dissapointed. I think if i got the blue lights and i actually installed them it would look nicer, but the fact that my tailgate is always up, no one can even see the lighting. There was a street light shining right down into my truck bed and this picture is taken without flash while sitting on the tailgate. I think i either need to do neon tubes or forget about it.

Sharks Rugby, it's the provincial rugby team in South Africa where i was born.

And i won't ever lower a truck, trucks go up not down in my books.

I don't think they are bright enough to warrant the amount they were.
