Matt - Thanks for the great how-to. Looks like a fairly straight forward install. I do have a few questions.

1 - Where did you pick yours up? I have seen them on a couple of websites, but I wanted to see if it was a good deal. I think $170 is the best price I have seen.

2 - You mention the existing foglight holes as the mounting location for the new outboard light bracket. My truck did not come with stock lights - would it still have those holes or do I need to drill some? If so, does PIAA include some type of template, or measurements with their kit?

3 - Once again, not having factory lights, I have no wiring in place already. Looking at the PIAA kits, is it difficult to wire these units? I am fairly good with a wrench, but far from a professional. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help. The install turned out great - it really dresses up the front of the truck and gives a great aggressive look to it.

You can get em at 4-wheel parts. $170 is a pretty good deal, not sure where you'd find it cheaper then that.

Chris Duke (webmaster over there) didn't have stock fogs either, he had to drill the holes. They don't include a template except the bracket itself which you could use.

They make the wiring as easy as possible. I was able to figure it out with no problem the first time I ever installed any PIAA lights... just ask anyone whos done it .
