If you can't find it already done for you, buy a pod and send it to Phoenix Imaging. Try their web site at www.phoenix-image.com
If you want to call them, check out their phone numbers and ask for Robyn...she's the person I'm working with for a setup on my '05 F150, which is on order but should be here in a week or two.
If you send them the part, they can have it back to you in 2-3 weeks. I think they may have a $100 or $200 minimum order, so you may want to consider having some other parts done as well. They can do just about anything...they also have a core swap program, so you wouldn't have to send in your part (other than the pod).
