Cool, I'm glad you guys enjoyed that pic. I kinda skipped through the whole topic looking for the size of the bulb that goes with the new Lightning assembly but didn't find anything. Does the new Lightning Euro assemblies use the 9007 as our existing headlamps do?? Or do you have to switch over to the 9006/9005 Bulb like with the euro's that APC put out?

My local dealer has a few of the new 01 L's...so I had to run up there and check them out last week. The lights look AWESOME on all colors...especially black. However, on the headlights, their is a bracket that reads "SVT" which rests over the bulb...does anyone know how this will effect my APC super whites? I.E. heat, and visual output? I may just go with the tail lights...anyone get a price on the third brake light though? Looks AWESOME in person...

I ordered lightning headlamps,corners and tails on feb 16. I got the right headlamp on mar 8. The rest are on backorder till mar 28 exept one tail that is apr 14. Now all I need is a truck to put them on.

Best prices I've seen so far. Said he was ordering extra if anyone wants. They are in Atascadero, Ca, so your shipping will be alot less than mine...

I get my 01 tails Friday. Will install and post pics this weekend. As long as my dig. camera doesn't act up again. Ordering heads & corners next month. Can't wait. Might order the grille too. Looks smooth.

Banzai83, after reading your post I called today and ordered a set of L 01 rear lights. He had one set left, feeling lucky today. If you need any Ford parts, Gary is the MAN. He deserves all the run he has received. This guy may have Ford blue blood. I am in Alaska and he will send it USPS so I don't get hammered on UPS shipping.
We have no UPS ground in Ak so most things must come next day or 2-day air.
Look forward to the install. I read a post under another topic heading and the post stated that the stock screws are to long? Any one else notice this?
I would love to hear comments on the new L 01 headlights. I already have APC clear corners.

Crewie! Gary is the man when it comes to parts - know what you mean about shipping - it gets pretty bad to Hawaii too! Got an email from them saying my stuff was shipped today! Need to call tomorrow to see exactly what was shipped (ordered headlights, corners and tails!). I have to ask him about the 3rd brake light!
