I've noticed that on Expy's you get two sun visors: the main one, and then a smaller one that can be used when the main visor is off to the side. I would really like to have this in my 01 XLT. Do they use the same mounts? What if any work would be required? Thanks

The 2001 Lightnings have the twin visors also, and they have lighted mirrors on them.
I woulsn't se why they wouldn't fit. The only thing you might have to do is run power to the lights in the visors

Might need to modify the mount a little bit in order to get it to work... The headliner might be recessed a bit on the Expys to accommodate the other one.... I never used either of them on my Explorer.

I was confused because the very first SuperCrew I drove (an XLT) had these, but none of the other SCrews I looked at or drove had them, and they're not listed as an option that I know of.

my dad's 97 f-150 had both of them but my 99 only has the normal one.

when i traded in my 97 expy for my 2001 supercrew, i swapped the lighted vanities.i just had to make a piece of acrylic to cover the hole from the original mounting.
