Post White gauges

Has anyone ever installed the white gauges in their F150? If so, how hard was it to do.

I had mine installed. I love the way they look. Some people wanted $250.00 and 2 days. My dealer didn't even want to touch it!
I had the place where I bought them (NR Automotive)install them. $80.00 and 1 hr.
No complaints. The most important part of the job is replacing the needles in their correct position. Good luck!

I really didnt understand that question but, If you are wanting to know if your dash w/ NO tach can be replaced w/ a dash w/ A tach, the answer is yes I swopped mine out, plugs right in tach and all, every thing works, just have to take dash apart to get to it but I think its worth it...........but my new cluster at local auto truck parts yard

Unhappy

4-D low, currently there is no White Face Guages available for the non tach trucks, hopefully someone will start to manufacture one! I will keep my eyes open and my ears clean! If I find something I will post it right here on the message boards.

Lowered Ford, whats the going price on a used guage cluster?

IKE,

Yes, the white face gauges are available for the Superduty. If you have a diesel, the APC part number is 20.1051.B (blue) or 20.1051.R (red). If you have a gas Superduty, you have to use the Excursion part number to order as I have. This number is 20.1059.B (blue) or 20.1059.R (red). Mine will be arriving next week sometime and I will take step-by-step install pics. I am also going to replace the orange needles with white ones from a Ford Ranger. If you would like pics and info from me when this is completed, please remind me via E-mail at truckin4@home.com

97F150,

I also have a 97 and was thinking about getting the white faces. However I noticed in your picture that you have the black trim piece that goes around the gauge openings. I currently don't have that piece. Was that stock, or did the piece come with the white gauge kit? I ask because I dont want to see one big white panel, just the white openings like yours.

Thanks,
Josh

Roger:

I gave $125.00 for mine, the shop "Hicks Truck Parts" they where unsure if they would work so they sold them cheap they said, I have a 98 they where out of a trashed 99 only had 4000 miles on the odometer. every thing plugged right in and work so I bought them on the spot, I noticed some ads in the classifiedes, but they in like Australia or something shipping is to much and they are asking a little high for me, but they have a lightning dash just curious if it would plug and play? anyway thats what I gave for mine.

Jlaird,

It's all one piece. It completely replaces the stock face. The only thing that is different is that the "gauges" are white.

Heres where I got them.
