Need help finding quartz bulbs.

I have been looking for some quartz replacement bulbs for my front and rear blinkers. Also I am interested in some quartz backup lights.
I remember seeing some on the net somewhere but now I cant fins them.

The Police cars around here use them and boy are they bright.. (the bulbs of coarse)
