Trenz, Stull or Steel Horse billet insert?
Which one of the three billet grill inserts
is the better quality one, better polished?
Any recommendations on which one NOT to buy?

I have a Stull insert and like it very much. The quality is superb. The installation was fairly easy (2 hours). The Trenz has more bars across the grill than the Stull. I understand the Trenz is about the same to install as a Stull. I have no info regarding the Steel Horse.

do any of the billet models offer a spot to re install the ford logo. i like the billet look but still want the logo on the front.

I replaced the 'egg crate' type of grill with a Stull billet insert. I removed the Ford Oval from the original grill and used 3M 2-sided molding tape to stick the Ford Oval onto the Stull. The Blue Oval is VERY solidly mounted this way.
The Blue Oval is attached to the egg crate grill with 2 studs/nuts. The studs pass through the Stull grill's slots and square up the Oval perfectly.
A Trenz grill has more horizontal bars and hence smaller space between the bars. You'd probably have to cut the Oval's studs and use the 3M tape as mentioned above...
