Post Manik TailLight Guards

This may be a basic issue for some of you long time F-150 owners..
I just got a pair of Manik TailLight Guards and was curious as to any hints on putting them on. Any things to avoid ? I will have to drill two holes it appears.
They will look good I am sure... just a little nervous about the installation process.

What year is your truck? I have a 01 Supercrew and I had the honor of getting my ride outfitted by MANIK for their upcoming 2001 Supercrew line of accessories. I was at the factory and watched these guys bend steel, cut with lasers, etc. and take measurements for new 2000 and 2001 vehicles. I watched them install their newest series of tailight covers for the 2001 Screw.
I am not sure about older models but the guys unscrewed two screws from the inside of the tailgate side beams and out popped the lens. The covers simply fit into the slots and back onto the truck. Took about two minutes.
Manik does have a customer support email address if you go to their website. They may be able to answer your questions.

Surfin, thanks for the info. I have a '98 F-150 SuperCab. Your new '01 ride may have a different installation. It appears that this install uses one of the existing top bolts but the lower attachment needs a hole drilled. Manik did not ship me hardware or mounting information. I ordered via Performance Products.. they are supposed to be on the way..
Thanks again...
