Mudder, I have the PIAA superwhites in my truck and I love them...No problems with the cops and they look great.

I have the ones from the online store, and they are great also, no problems here.

 

Accually the ones on the Benz and Mark 8's are the true HID's. Those do cast a little bit of blue I have noticed.

 

Well, I installed my superwhite bulbs that I received from Fred Folkerts at Sportbikes.net. They are incredible! I was very impressed with them. My wife has a BMW 323i with the Xenon HID lights and these bulbs Fred is selling are VERY close to the same intensity of white light. They cast the same bright white beam - much brighter than the factory halogen lights. I left one of the factory bulbs in at first to try them - HUGE difference. I love the white/blue beam in front of the truck - it's beautiful. I feel very guilty for bashing this product and Fred and WhiteKnight before I tried them - so sorry guys - I hope all is forgiven. I will definitely buy another set of these when I install my fog lights. I bought them from Fred@Sportbikes.net and they were $40 plus shipping of about $4 - they arrived in two days, priority mail and were well packaged. Thanks again, Fred and WhiteKnight - I feel very obligated to spread the word about what a great deal these bulbs are.
