Lightbulb Specialty Bed Rails?

Has anyone else ever seen the bed rails which can be seperated in the middle, then raised up to form a high support frame like a painter's truck?

The wife and I would like to get a little further into kayaking, and these might help us transport the boats.

To clarify, I think I saw these black bed rails some time ago on Motor Trend TV or some show like that. It seems the user can split them in the middle and swivel the resulting crosspieces vertically, so they point upwards. Then, an attachment can be made between the pairs at the front and rear of the bed, respectively, so the rails now form a high rack at the front and back of the bed. I believe (but am not positive) it was called the Rail 'n' Rack.

Anybody else see them?
