Post Rear Bumper

Hurricane Floyd hand an 'impact' on my '98 Flareside's rear bumper--anybody know where I can find an inexpensive [preferably factory] replacement? Any recomendations from previous experiences?

What's your deductible? Let the insurance company handle it...

My '99 Styleside is the shop due to being rear-ended. The quote I got was $315.00 for a genuine Ford rear bumper (including labor). There were a few extra parts on the quote that don't come with the bumper. Anyway, a flareside bumper shouldn't be much more than that.

A chrome rear bumper for the F-250 & F-350 Super Duty trucks lists at $215. (part only)

I have an estimate for a hit and run sitting in front of me. I also have $315.00 for the rear bumper, for a flareside. Good thing it was only your bumber!
