Need a little advice on a gril

I've been kicking around the idea of a new grill for my '99 F-150. There are a few good looking grill on ebay but I don't want to spend then money and find out that the cheap grill doesn't fit right.

Here are a few of the grills that I have been checking out:

I know all these grills will "fit" my truck but I don't want a product which will sag/break/be impossible to install. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

grilles????????

Check out the Putco grilles. I'm not sure if you can find one on ebay but they aren't that expensive.

I got the Putco because they also have a lower grille to fit in the valance.

What superchips or performance chips are the best? Which ones are the cheapest in price but do the job? How do they work? Are they reliable or will they mess up your truck?

Personally i like the look of the Street Scene Speed Grilles in Black Chrome. They look sweet.

Seems the ones with the most bars running across are the more sturdy grills. I would look into that.

I am looking at a billet grill for my 97. I want one that replaces the stock honeycomb grill, not one that sticks on the front.

Any suggestions?

THIS ONE looks good, I think.

I've got the Street Scenes in chrome and I like it. My second choice would be a 03 Harley Grille.

BUYER BEWARE

I just wanted to post a quick note.

I bought a billet grill from procarparts.com on ebay. The item arrived with no directions or packing slip. The item does not fit my truck and they are giving me a REALLY hard time about returning it.

Now, I know it's only $50-60. But it's still $50-60.

Be careful folks. These jokers are telling me, that unless they have something signed by a professional body shop, they will not "consider" a return and that is nowhere on their ebay ad.

....food for thought.
