Matching Bugflector/bug Guard
HELLO TO ALL, I'M LOOKING FOR A CHEAP BUT STURDY BUGFLECTOR TO MATCH THE COLOR OF MY 02 CARDINAL RED F-150. THE ONE I HAVE NOW IS BLACK AND IS IN GREAT CONDITION, BUT THROWS OFF THE LOOK OF MY FRONT END. I RECENTLY PUT A LIGHTNING FRONT END ON AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE PROTECTION THE BUGFLECTOR PROVIDES FROM CHIPS AND DINGS, AND STILL HAVE A SLICK DESIGN.
ANYBODY GOT SOME PICS OF THERS, OR KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A GOOD ONE ON THE WEB. THANKS.

Check out the EGR brand of bug guards.... what's nice is that you can get them in clear and then paint the BACKSIDE... (put a coat of clearcoat on first, then your truck color and then another layer of clearcoat) Doing it this way looks good and the paint doesn't chip from rocks, etc..... since you're painting flexible plastic, it would also be a good idea to get paint with a flex additive in it.... www.paintscratch.com should have your paint (it's a little pricey, but the flex additive is free - you need to ask for it)
I did this to my EGR Superguard about 3 years ago and it still looks like the day I painted it......
