Just applied Dupli-Color bed covering..pics

I just applied Dupli-Color bedliner yesterday, and I must say it looks pretty good. It may not be as protective as some of the other liners (or so I've read), but I have a rubber mat I am going to lay over the bed anyways.
It is still really humid in my area, so it hasn't had a chance to harden all the way, but here are some pics of the process..

Looks great. Very professional. If my truck didn't have one in it, I would have considered doing it myself.

That goods like a Rhinoliner!!!! Well Done!

thanks man..
I tried to keep all the edges as smooth as possible, so I masked everything really carefully..

I need to slap on another coat or two to really seal this bed off..

How much did all the materials cost you?
what did you use to scuff up the paint to prep it?
where did you get the maerial at?

I want a bedliner in mine real bad but just have the hardest time spending $300+ for somone to do it.

I got everything but the sandpaper at Autozone.
A gallon of the bed coating was 48.00 (but my friend paid for it)
Scuffing pads (2) was 5.00
Various packs of sandpaper was around 10.00
I went ahead and bought the applicator kit that Dupli-Color sells for 15.00 that included scuffing pads, a roller, a pan and a brush.
Then I bought two cans of the dupli-color spray to cover the bed because I like the texture.

So all in all it was around 100.00 plus a lot of hours.
I'd suggest putting as many coats on as possible. At least three.
Apply four coats of possible.

Use electric sanders to sand the bed, and follow the instructions on the duplicolor website.

Have fun dude
