my pasenger side window is stuck down. took door apart and tried to remove motor to see if that was that was the proble, but i cant remove it. the motor is getting power, and if i press down, i can hear it click like its trying to do something, but if i press up, nothing happens. i thought it might be jammed or something, but the window wont budge when i try to pull it up. is the motor just fried or something else. should i just replace the motor myself or bring it in to the dealer...ugh

Did ya check the switch to see if it works when pressed for up.
Could just be that half not working.

Get it fixed yet? I'm having the same problem and trying to find the solution. I too can hear the relay when I press the switch. I ripped the door apart to get to the guts. My motor gets really hot, but will not roll up...
