Tonneau Cover installation question

Most of the covers Ive read about attatch directly to the truck. How do you install one when you have a factory plastic bedliner. Is there a specific cover to buy or one thats just easier to install with bed liners.

Which ones have you read about?

I have an Extang Full Tilt, which clamps to the inside edge of the bed rail. The tonneau sits on top of the plastic caps, and there is no interference with the factory bedliner.

My cover is a Triglass purchased from and installed by my dealer. It is mounted over the factory plastic bed liner. I think it looks great!
