Called Max and he sent me a light white box that has a label with the following numbers: M-13612-F150; F 150, 96-00 CHMSL. The bar code is 56122 05293. l looks like the right light. Don't know if those are the part number or the winning numbers in Wednesday's Lotto. Hope they help. Can't wait to install it.

I installed my 3rd light today. I noticed that the light housing was not centered in the window molding. I filed down both plastic alignment pins. On the right pin I justed took off the round of the pin, while on the left pin, I had to file it in half. This allowed me to raise the fixture to align it with window molding.
I definitely like the looks of it.

While installing the light, the brown deliver truck pulled up with a deliver from Mike. It was my new e-fans. Have other plans this weekend, so it will have to wait until Labor Day weekend.

I just ran across this post, and had to throw in that I too have this 3rd brake light on my truck. I thought it would make a good addition since my entire truck is black. I think I got mine back in January 2002 for $90 something shipped from a dealer in Dallas. I think I have pics in my gallery of it.

Sorry, I meant that I called that # and it was a fax line, no menu for entering an extension either. Any other # to reach this place?

No fax when I called. It was one of those recording things asking for you to enter the ext. # if you know it. Wonder what happened when you called. Try e-mail. parts@fivestarford.com You need to ask for Max. Hope this helps.

LeanNCut--

I got mine from "CRASH" (think that his screen name). But it's been quite a while, surely prices are different now. He had gotten if from a dealer in Dallas at the time and hooked me up. I bought my 2002 in October of 2001, so I got my 3rd break light not long after, prally around January of 02.

PS: It seems like I just got this truck and it's already going to be 2 years old on Oct. 5th.

KCSport,

Thanks a bunch, I just sent him an email asking for a quote. Too bad they're not in Dallas, I could just drop by and pick it up.

02XLT,

Crash the vendor who posts heavily in Superchargers and Turbos forum? I'm still waiting for a update on the PROCharger LOL.
