I am curious if anyone has tried mounting an amp underneath the center console on the S-Cab dual captains chair F150s. Looking at it from the outside it appears you might be able to get one to fit under there.

 

There's a write-up somewhere (I can't remember where) about putting a 8" sub in the center console, so I'd imagine that a moderate sized amp would fit in there. Overheating might be a problem though (due to insufficient airflow).

 

you can drop a fan in there to either run off a switch or off of the remote wire so when your amps turn on so does your fan i saw somewhere that someone had built there amps into the center console looks nice but out of place at the same time.
