My subs are whining bad when I start my truck for about 5 min or so then seem to clear up and stop the whining. Wondering if anyone had had this type issue. I have factory head unit. Wondering if it id the ground wires.

 

Check all the grounds and make sure the have good clean contact to metal and that you are not relying on a screw for your ground. If you have a bunch of grounds grouped together try seperating them and move a few to a different location and if that fails try grounding the amp directly to the battery.
