2011 Amp install

I have a 2011 with the Sony system, the sub is weak. I want to put in a new amp and sub. I can find the speaker wires, but the amp needs RCA, has anyone done this (just buy a converter or what)?

Are you sure the amp doesn't have speaker level inputs? If it doesn't you would need a converter or a signal processor.
