My 2009 FX4 Amp Board Install (Pics)

I decided to make an amp rack today for my 2009 FX4 Screw. I didnt like how my amps were just screwed into the back metal wall and wanted something that looked a little nicer. All I did was remove the factory fiber cover back there and then traced out all the holes i needed to cut on my amp board. I then carpeted it with black carpet and mounted it to the wall. I am really impressed with how much it cut out road noise from those two vents back there. I also dynamated the entire back wall for even more noise protection. The seats fold up just fine although it is a little tight back there. I think it is totally worth it though to have a clean install place for your amps!

I'm wondering why the amps aren't getting hot being mounted behind the rear seat where there is no ventilation. Give me some insight. Thanks.
