They are an authorized retailer for a lot of brands, some of them rather high-end brands that have no other online resellers; DLS comes immediately to mind. That should say something about them. I've bought from them a few times and had no problems and they have always shipped the same day.
I've used them a few times in the past as well. Items were packed very well and prompt shipping. I bought some amps and then an amp kit on another purchase. If they have what I want, then I will use them again in the future.
I am looking to get the Alpine PDX-F6 4 channel amp to power my Infinity Kappa 682.9cf door speakers.
I was checking out their site, and they seem to be one of those "iffy" dealers. I checked reseller ratings, and they've got mostly good feedback, and any of the negative feedback has been replied to by them. Additionally, they state that they are not an "official" Alpine dealer.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them, and, if so, what was your experience?
Thanks!

i have bought alot from them... i bought a over head monitor from them.. the picture was crappy so i called them and they let me exchange for a differant brand.. they are good to work with if you have a problem.. my last amp i bought from them a few weeks ago... i found it at online car stereo cheaper by 80.00 bucks and they price matched it.. if they have what i want, that is where i buy it... i usely get a tracking number same day
Bought some JL 8" subs from them. I wanted Boston Acoustics but they were out of stock even though it said they werent online. That was the only issue. They called me up right away and werent sure when the BA subs would be in stock. So they asked if i wanted to wait a week and see so I did. Nothing in so they called and I asked to step up to the JL's since they were more money. They did it for an extra 10 bucks a sub which was fine cause they saved me 20 bucks. Good comunication other than the mis-information on in stock on the site.
