haha what a joke!
Considering that manufacturers' warranties have the exact same exclusions, where's the joke? The only difference is the source of the warranty, SonicE or the manufacturer.

They are an authorized retailer for a lot of brands, some of them rather high-end brands that have no other online resellers; DLS comes immediately to mind. That should say something about them. I've bought from them a few times and had no problems and they have always shipped the same day.

I've used them a few times in the past as well. Items were packed very well and prompt shipping. I bought some amps and then an amp kit on another purchase. If they have what I want, then I will use them again in the future.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them, and, if so, what was your experience?

Thanks!
I'd be careful with the amp since they aren't an authorized dealer. I purchased a pdx1.600 from them and they took off the factory serial number placed their own. Needless to say when it failed and I sent it to alpine they wouldn't touch it.

Nothing in so they called and I asked to step up to the JL's since they were more money. They did it for an extra 10 bucks a sub which was fine cause they saved me 20 bucks. Good comunication other than the mis-information on in stock on the site.
The reason the BA's werent in stock is BA tracked down the dealers that were trans-shipping their products and discontinued them as dealers because they were violating the contract to sell only within their locality. They also located the serial numbers of the products that were sold illegally to SONIX and the factory warranties are now null. Expect this from many other retailers as they are also doing the same. JL, Kenwood, etc. Just a heads up.
