Arrow NEED System help & suggestions

Hello this is my first post. I really like the help everyone gives and figured I would ask. I have a 2001 Super Crew and am installing an after market system. I have everything ready. I am putting in an Alpine IDA-X100 head unit, Alpine MRP-F250 amp to drive 4 Infinity Kappa 682.9cf's and a Kenwood KSC-SW10 powered sub woofer. Does anyone have any wire routing ideas. I am going to start this weekend and have been looking at some options. So far I don't really see a good location to come through the firewall into the cab with the power cable. I plan on removing the back wall panel and dynamating the area and then mounting the amp on some MDF just a little bit bigger than the amp. I am then going to mount the powered sub under the left rear passenger seat. Any alternate suggestions for locations? I am thinking of removing the driver seat and running the 2 RCA cables and amp blue wire just to the right of the seat under the length of the carpet to the back with a wire snake and I can feel an area of about a 1/2 play when I push the carpet down in that area and figure with the seat out would give me enough room. After going back to the amp I then have to come back to the front with the speaker wires from the amp output to get to the front doors. The amp has pre amp rca out puts so I only need to go about 3 feet max to the powered sub. I guess my main question is...are the sill areas large enough to run my power down one side and the RCA's down the other side. The sills feel pretty snug and before I pull them I was wondering what issues has anyone had going through the sills or is there a better route. Sorry this is so long but I figure it's better to explain too much info than not enough. Any routing pictures would be a big help. Thanks in advance for any help or ideas somebody may have for me.

I ran my power down the passenger side sill. There is plenty of room and there is a rubber plug you can use as an entry point. The power wire ran down from the engine compartment over the inner fender to the sills. There is plenty of room to run the rca's down the center or drivers side sills.

I ran my power wire underneath the cab in some liquid tight non-metallic caraflex tubing I got at Lowe's. Being a little older (50) like I am, I couldn't fit my big ol' broken down body into the passenger seat floor to make a run through the firewall. I went down from the engine compartment between the inner fender and the firewall, ran the length of the frame, and came up through the rear passenger side of the truck through a hole that had a rubber plug in it. I had to dremel the hole a little to get the water tight fitting in place. My amps are mounted on the back wall. I have some pics in my album of the amps (although I've already cooked the Profile and replaced it with a new JL G4500). I lifted the carpet on the drivers side the length of the cab, without removing the seat, and tucked 3 RCA's in there. They're really not noticeable at all. Sorry, but I don't have any pics of the RCA routing.

I got the idea for going under the truck for the power wire from 1bad86vmax. This thread has a few methods of running power wire, but I did something very similar to what he did. Look at post #8...
