Amp Problems

I just recently hooked it up, it was playing great then I moved it just a little tiny bit so I could screw it down. The ground wire popped out, I turned off the truck and put the wire back in and secured it tight. Ever since then my protection light has been on and hasn't shut off. It wont play because of the protection light. If i take the speaker wire out the light still stays on, any ideas?

Brand new Power Acoustik 620. I was told maybe my ground could have came loose or moved.
