Help me pick an amp (s)

Hey guys well I ended up buying 2 of the SI MKIII shallow subs from that group buy on DIY. I was planning on going with a 900/5 with one JL 13TW5 but that has all changed. I am now looking for suggestions on amp to pair up with these subs. I was looking at the JL 750/1 HD, JL 1000/1V2 as I am planning to go with a JL 4 channel (JL G4500?) for the 2 sets of mids/highs I am getting (JL C2's). I am trying to keep the amp selection as affordable as possible but I don't want to starve the subs to save a couple bucks. I do like the HD as it has a small blue print as opposed to the slash series amp. Anyone with some input please help me out.

I'd stay away from the HD series on the speakers as they are way too expensive. Plus I wouldn't run class D on speakers anyways. If you are gonna spend that much go with Zapco or Arc.

Class D is just a more efficient amplifier design as opposed to class A or class A/B amps. Class D is great for subwoofers since subs suck up power and the efficiency of class D amps helps to reduce current draw on your electrical system. On high frequencies though, many find that class D amplifiers leave a lot of sound behind so generally you'll want a class A/B amplifier on your speakers. Arc KS300.4 is a good example.

the arc KS 300.4 is your recommendation for my mids/highs or the 2 SI MKIII? Sorry just a tad confused. I want something at a good price point, not overly huge and will power those subs with ease. I've been trying to do my research like a mad man on DIYMA forum but I am falling behind...thanks again for your help Msall and that lead on those SI slim subs
