Post Multichannel Amps

OK, guys, I'm in the preliminary stages of my system design and I'm tossing around a couple of ideas.

I've got 4 Soundstream amps (3 25's and 1 75 W) and an Audio Control 4XS in my '94 T-bird. I was considering pulling this stuff and installing in my KR screw. Problem is, that's a lot of stuff to find a home for.

I'm sort of thinking get multichannel amp to run fronts, rears, and one or two subs. I'm curious if anyone's using a multichannel amp to run their complete system. If so, who's amp and how does it sound?

Thanks for any info!

My Alpine amp is a 5 channel amp, it runs my 4 mb quarts. I am very pleased with its performance.

------------------
98 5.4L, 4" Rancho Suspension with 33" BFG on 16" Weld Racing Rims, Chrome Brush Guard, Stainless Stell Steps, Alpine Stereo with 4 5X7 MB Quards run by an Alpine approx. 400 watt amp and 4 He2 Rockford's 10" subs run by a 800 watt Rockford amp, and CB and Scanner

Thanks for the reply! I've had Alpine amps in the past, and find they generally perform well.

I had hoped to get out this weekend and take a listen to some equipment at the local shop, but alas, the lawn mower occupied my whole saturday.

Cool

Couple of good amps come to mind. MTX, Kicker 5channel. How much power are you looking for? Ample and Sony have very good 5channel amps as well
