Where to relocate battery?

I have received a nuisance message from boxman saying its ghetto.. where i placed my battery, which i know because I did it myself with a friend and I want to know where else can i play the battery?

I have seen and felt a small space behind my rear seat behind the rear bench not sure if batteries can be placed sideways? as in the + and - are facing out horizontal rather than facing up...

My truck is a 2000 Ford F 150 Lariat.. Extra Cab you can see more pictures in my gallery.

It is a marine battery.
Unfinished still need to buy terminals...and extension for my ports .. etc...
Sounds Though...Rocks everything and makes alarms go off

Just wondering is it alright to have these batteries inside... Is it causing any fumes or anything I cant smell or see to harm me? JW since i always cruise with my windows rolled down.. but it rains sometimes so... yeah. THANKS.

That kind of battery doesnt belong in the cab one bit. It needs to be outside, vented and secured. There is Sulfuric Acid insided of that battery.

No battery should be placed in the passenger compartment. It is a major health, fire, and safety hazard

I cannot even begin to believe that you would even consider putting a battery inside your truck...as well as on its side.

Not true. Your batcaps, Kinetics, optimas are all fine in the vehicle as long as they are secured...

So.... Where can I put it and how and how can I properly do this?

Just to let you know this is the 2nd battery in the car and 1st under the hood. K and I had no space to mount the bat and so we had to put it inside..

either mount it in the bed or replace it with a sealed battery

No they are not. They are safer than a standard lead acid battery but they still produce gasses when charging.

I looked @ your pics and It looks to me like that battery is the only one powering the amp is that correct???

How are you charging the battery??

Why don't run your power from the battery under the hood ? with a fuse

never mind I looked agian i see you did yun a power wire from the front any way get that out offthe cab
