looking at a kicker 5 channel amp, how is the kicker stuff these days? i can get a very good price on one but dont want to get one if its not that good. the jl amps are a lil much for 5 channels and i hear the mtx amps are just ok. i had a kicker amp years ago and it sounded good and ran very cool. opinions?

 

The KKR 700.5 is a beast of an amp.

 

i was looking at the Kicker ZX700.5

 

Measure it to make sure it fits where you want it to go. I was looking at putting one of them in my Lightning and was told it wouldn't fit under my seat.

Ah yes the memories of an install on a lightning with 2 amps and a thunderform MTX box that took up the whole area behind the seat
