Get a half decent amp, it'll wake up your woofers.

Get decent sounding woofers, it'll wake up your taste for great sounding music.

yeah they are the most basic line. 150 RMS a pop they are rated at.

Definitely time to upgrade.

yeah.

Heres what i would do.

Find some high school kid that just got his license, 16 or 17 year olds. they love to buy subs/amps. You could get a decent wad of cash for your current stuff, then put that toward your new stuff to save money.

Now, for your new stuff...how much space do you have/where do you plan to put the subs? under the seat? behind the seat (regcab)?

Bartak is going to lynch me for saying this (:o) but you can get a pair of Elemental Designs subs pretty damn cheap directly from them, and they come with a warranty and everything and are pretty decent woofers.

When I woke up this morning I took a poo. When I looked in the toilet I found a hot steaming pile of eD woofers.

New style reg cab? You have TONS of room. Ill be sticking a 2.5-2.75 cube box back there. Already had a 2.2 and 1.25 cu ft. box back there easily.

To take the plastic off the back wall, pull out the 6 or so little clips, then grab along the bottom and just give it a firm tug and it will start to come off.

ive been nothing but pleased with my eD 11kv2 woofers...i only went with them because my Treo woofers i had been running wouldnt fit in the supercrewsound box and i wasnt ready to build a custom one just yet...i am getting ready to look into building a custom box now and throw some treo woofers back in the truck, but thats really just because i love the treo line and have supported it since it came out - i felt kindof like a traitor buying the eD stuff but have been very pleased to say the least
