Angry engine whine thru tweeters

Finally got everything installed ( Tpye R components & type r 5x7 2 wys in the back ) and all i hear is engine whine. Ive moved the ground to different locations , all of them where paint has been cleaned off, the RCA and speaker wires are above the carpet right now, just to get away from the power wire to see if that did anything, but to no avail. Anybody have any ideas? bad RCAs ?

Could be Bad RCA's, but my guess is a bad ground on the deck. Try regrounding the deck elsewhere.
