Is there an amp that..
you can run the stock stereo speaker wirs directly into the amp then then have the speaker output directly from there?
I am going with a cheap way for right now until i can get some more money. I was thinking of just amplifying the stock unti with the amp i mentioned above then splicing into the rear speaker wires and putting 2 of these powered subs under the seats, one under drivers seat, and one on the passenger seat;

How do you go from speaker wire to an RCA plug? Is there some kind of adapter?
How much would I be looking at for that amp, and I already have 4 of these speakers;

Would those be decent speakers with this amp for now?
For now I want to be able to turn it up loud enough with my windows down where i can hear the music undistorted and feel the bass.
I have a 2006 F150 Supercrew cab with the 6 cd changer but no sub.
Thanks

First, I would consider a speaker upgrade before an amp upgrade. You will get more bang for your buck in improving the quality of the audio this way.
Second, yes you can get amps that accept high level input from a stock headunit, however the better way to go is to find a line output converter that will convert the high-level speaker outputs from your stock headunit to RCA outputs to connect to an amp. Check Crutchfield for such a thing, they run pretty cheap.
As for everything else, it's all about personal choice an budget, so I won't comment.
+1^^ i would say just a speaker upgrade will make a world of a difference... as for the amp.. if you use a LOC,, look into a CLEANSWEAP.. they sell them a crutchfield.... it basically will make your aftermarket speakers sound like there hooked up to and aftermarket HU,, rather than Stock... it filters out all those nasty frequencies given by a LOC..it has other great options also so you can tune the Sound/Music Perfectly FOR you..
