amp/wiring question

amp/wiring question

Lately everytime i turn the power on to my amp my sub starts "humming". sometimes its so annoying i have to turn it off. anyone know where this is coming from ? or how i can fix it?

hmm... did you check the your amp's ground wire and make sure it is solid and has enough bare metal contact?

Check your RCA's also they will sometimes do that if they are cheaper ones going bad or if they are run next to the power wire like under the carpet make sure they arent next to any wires

Are you using your factory radio?
