I have a extended cab 97 and was wondering if the back seat was removable, not the seat part but the other part, and if so if an amp or 2 would fit behind the backrest part. any help would be great.

 

at the top of the seat back there should be 3 spots where it is a hook and loop type setup. one in the middle and one on each side. once you have located these three spots you need to lift up on the bottom of the seat back and work the loop up and over the hook.(it is easier to work them off one by one and lift directly under the one you are trying to get off) after all of the hook and loops are seperated i think you just push down and the seat back should come off.(more hook and loop type things on the bottom)
