Thanks, what about wiring the speakers to the amp, should I run speaker wire to each speaker individually, or run speaker wire to my head unit and use some of the factory wire? and what kind of wire would I need/what gauge? Thanks

run the speaker wire from the amp to the speaker. I cant remember what gauge wire it is, something like 18 gauge or 20 gauge, something like that I think. Best buy, walmart, or autozone places like that will carry rolls of speaker wire

won't having the speaker wire on the same side of the car as the positive battery wire cause interference?

shouldnt, your wires should have enough current flowin through them to offset this. rcas have very little current leaving them open to more interferance. i think thats the right explanation but the answer is still yes you can run them on the same side.

And I would like to appologize to 2006M50B. I didnt mean that your advice was bad. I just forgot to include your name with DConder and Scottbigred. So, please accept this as an appology.

An amp is not "needed", but if you would like the best sound, AMP THEM>>>
