where you guys mounting your fuse holders?
can't find a spot to mount my 1/0 ga fuse holder in the engine bay close to the battery...thanks

Right onto the battery cover.
Make sure your screws are short enough that you dont screw into the actual battery

On battery, like bartak, except I replaced my battery with an optima yellowtop, so used some industrial strength velcro to hold it in place.

Mounted mine on top of the battery cover as well with 3M double-sided tape.

I used double sided tape and stuck the fuse holder to the top of the washer fluid reservoir. The wire is routed behind the battery to the firewall.
