HELP PLEASE! Squeal from AMP itself.
Guys,
I just bought a new to me, but used US Amps MD2D from a reputable person on the caraudio.com forum. It showed up as expected and I went to install it. When I turned the ignition on, the amp powers up and about a second later starts to let out a high-pitched squeal. No output to the sub at all.
Do you guys have any ideas? I need to get my truck buttoned up for the night and really want to get this amp going, provided this is something that can be fixed.
A bit more info.... I am using brand new RCAs from the HU to the amp. I have the gain turned almost to 0.
