I had the Memphis Belle which is basically the mcd1000 and the 4 channel amp in one chassis. Great amp. One of my favorites I have owned. I ran a Diamond Audio 10" TDX at 1 ohm with 1,100 watts. It was in a ported box in my old Acura TL. Maybe still the best sub system I have ever had, other than an IDMAX in a sealed box.

I have not used Hifonics or Autotek. I am only going by what I have heard about them. Both good solid amps. Hifonics used to be a lot better. Memphis, to me, is a better amp than either one. If it were me buying, I would buy the Memphis over the other two. But, personally, I would not buy any as I am a pretty diehard Arc Audio fan.

 

So basicly all these amps give pretty much same power/quality? In other words I would not notice a difference with any??

 

As a bass amp, I do not think you could tell them apart if they were all running side by side in an A/B test.
