Yeah, they guy had just posted his amp up for sale and had the buy it now at $110. No scratches, now wear, no nothing, looks perfect from the description and pictures. Needless to say I snatched it up with the quickness and didn't even bother trying to get it at a lower price via bidding. I also ordered a 4 gauge Phoenix gold amp kit to boot.
I am not gonna lie though, I am dreading ripping out the seats and bolting my amp to the rear wall.

Ive never had any problems with overheating, I dont recall hearing about anyone having that problem either. If you DO end up wtih problems, its very simple to get a little 12v fan from a computer shop or somewhere and wire it up, however I dont think youll have any problems.
Beefullo, Im not sure how different it is to take the seat out of an older style truck like mine compared you your new one, but if its anything close then you should have no problem at all. The good news is I think I remember someone saying they come out about the same, and if that is the case, its pretty easy and straightforward
Well, since you have already made your purchase, my opinion matter little (it's ok, i am used to it
) I have the same sub, and power it with an Alpine MRD-300, wired in 2 ohm mode. This sub rocks, btw. You should be very pleased with it. I love mine!!
