looking at a pioneer 760 or 860. I see the dash kits have a space
underneath

I am not going to boom but are there any indash eqs with power to run a small sub? (6"-8") or just indash amps?

 

I have the pioneer 960 and like the 860 & 760, it already has a built in e.q. so you don't nee to add one.

some amps are small enough to go behind the dash, but it's alot easier to put one under the front seat. Go with one of the pioneers (both have 5 to 7 e.q. settings that you can play with)and ditch the add-on eq thing, and get a small amp for under the seat to power a small sub and use the deck power for your other speakers, you'll be a happy camper.

P.S. GET THE PIONEER 860, IT'S A BAD *** DECK, AND THE GUN METAL GREY COLOR LOOKS REALLY GOOD WITH THE NEW 04 DASHES.
