getting the head unit out

Does anyone Know how to get the head unit out of a 2004 super crew 150. I am trying to hook up my amp & sub. I need to get to the speaker wires for my line out converter. Any help would be great I don't want to scar my week old truck!

Thanks

I used to just browse this site when I had a '97 F-150 Ext. Cab but since I got an '04 screw I check it regularly. Thanks for the help with the dash. This is the best place for do it yourselfers!!!!
Now I can spend the fifty bucks they wanted to install my amp on other mods.

I am from New Iberia but now live in Youngsville.
