Audiobahn Amps...

Has anyone used Audiobahn amps? I have been a die hard Orion, Pheonix Gold, and now JL Audio fan for years. I have found two amps that I am considering for my new system. Any thoughts?

Audiobahn A8002T (For my subs)
200W x 2 @ 4 Ohms

Audiobahn A6004T (For my front & rear spkrs)
75W x 4 @ 4 Ohms

Audiobahn is one of those companies just like many these days that make both entry level (ok equipment) as well as some very nice higher end gear. Just make sure you get their upper end stuff and you should be happy.

Night, any experience with the JL Audio 300/4 amp? I am considering a whole new setup, and I was looking for feedback on that amp. I was thinking of using it to drive 4 Infinity Kappa 572.5 speakers.

I am looking into MTX or Audiobahn to drive a sub.

A guy drove by my house yesterday with an Audiobahn Sticker in the rear window and his stuff sounded loud, clear, and had plenty of bass.

Dont know exactly what Audiobahn gear he was running, but I thought it sounded really good. IMO

I put a 6004T in my truck last month powering 4 infinity kappa perfect 5x7s. They sound real loud and for the most part I am happy. The past week though, I've had the amp overheat on me a few times and it shut down my system for a few seconds. Everytime I had olnly been in my truck for about 20 minutes.....

So to answer your question, I would probably reccommend the 6004T, but make sure you keep ahold of that warrenty, just in case.

If that amp shuts down powering 5x7's due to over heating, either it's not getting enough air flow around it, your speakers and amp or not wired to match ohms, you have a defective amp or you need to upgrade in quality. I have a very cheap amp on my 4 kappas and have never had a problem. You may want to check one the above for a problem.
