Upgrading charging system?

Ok i have decided to upgrade my charging system. I plan on getting a yellowtop and alternator and im not sure what kind of alternator to get. I have found this one that is 125amp idle and 200 peak. I dont know ho much the stock alt puts out so im not sure if this is enough.

Seems like a better than stock alternator but that really depends on what alternator your truck initially came with. I have my paperwork and the window sticker shows I have a 120 amp alternator. My truck is an 2003 with the 4.6L no towing package or extra lights so it would seem that 120amp is the starting point, well at least for the 03. I think you should speak to someone in the electrical section, give them your truck year and model to find out what you have on yours just to be sure.
