I thought it was a class D. in Yahoo I did a search for 'Class D amp' and the pheonix Gold was one of the amps that came up.

I just looked at it on Cardomain and it is both Class D and 1 ohm stable. PG really needs to explain what they got on there site. There you have it, if your set on PG, get it. I like the tuner look!
