I plan to run a 250 RMS watt amp under the driver's side of my vinyl bench seat in my 03 XL single cab. Will i have any over heating problems? or any other problems what so ever?

 

You won't have any problems with overheating. I run my amps under the bench seat in my reg cab. The most important thing is to make sure the amp will fit. Don't buy an amp that is more than 2 1/4" high or you will have issues with clearance.
