My brother has my bridged punch 360 a2. You take the positive on one post and and negative off the other channel and that makes a bridge. It sounds better bridged if you ask me.

First you must know what ohm your amp is stable at. If you bridge a 4ohm stable amp bridged to two 4 ohm subs in parallel you will create a 2 ohm load and your amp won't be able to handle that and can overheat and fry. You also need to know that most 2 channel older aged amps were only made stable in stereo mode. That means each channel would be stable at 2 ohms but of you bridge it you'll only be stable at 4 ohms. Newer 2 channel amps are mono mode stable at atleats 2 ohms. So you can bridge the amp mono with 2 4 ohm subs in parallel and be good.
