Where have you been? It's been about a year now.

 

Yeah it has been awhile. I've spoken some to RP in the past year via email here and there, but my contact with everyone has been nearly non-existent. Last summer I was swamped with helping my wife plan out and get everything done for our wedding, not to mention working with our builder to finish our first home before the wedding in August. In the fall I was going through a new confidential job search and have since switched to a new company. The past 6 months at the new job were extremely busy getting up to speed and then executing on a few new opportunities so that I now have the chance for another promotion. I’ve been very blessed the past year with good professional and personal fortune and thus needed to focus and make sure I was executing.

Now I’m just taking time to stick my head back up and see what the rest of the world is up to. I’m going to try and get better at checking in on the boards and making a presence as I have/had fun doing it. Just won’t be as involved as I used to be because work takes up a lot more of my time now.

On a fun regular note, I’m considering the purchase of a new summer car (my GT500 thread) or a boat. I’m also trying to blueprint out the plans to build a screened in porch off the back of our house in the next two months.
