I have been troubleshooting my friends sing noise and tracked it to my solonoid. It has 15 in vacuum going into solonoid but mine coming out of the line going to the iwes. In 2wd there is no vacuum. I replaced the solonoid and it had some vacuum them didn’t. What else could it be
